Valvasor’s Hike
As part of the Bogenšperk Festival, we organize the Valvasor’s Hike every year in mid-September, intended for all lovers of hiking and history. The circular hiking trail leads along the slopes of the former Bogenšperk estate and connects Bogenšperk Castle, the former Črni Potok Manor, where the Dom Tisje retirement home is located today, Lihtenberk, the former Sela Manor and the remains of the Slatna Manor.
Start
The meeting point for hikers is at the Bogenšperk Castle parking lot at 9 am, where hikers can park and, upon their return, also register for a hot snack prepared by the Castle Inn.
Trail length: 11 km (4 hours)
